At DocManager, we aim to provide high-quality services. Because our platform offers immediate database limit expansions, email updates, and active notification pipelines upon purchase, please review our refund policies below.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You can choose not to renew your annual subscription at any time. When you decide to cancel, your premium features will remain fully active until the end of your current 1-year billing cycle. Once the cycle finishes, your account will downgrade to the Free Tier. No automatic recurring charges will be made without your explicit permission.
2. Refund Window
We offer a **7-day money-back guarantee** on all upgrades if the service fails to meet your expectations or does not function as described. To request a full refund, you must contact our billing support team within 7 days of the transaction timestamp.
3. Refund Eligibility & Limitations
Refunds are subject to the following validation parameters:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
- The account must not have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. upload of illegal/offensive materials).
- Refunds can take between 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your original bank account/card balance, as per our payment processor (Razorpay) timelines.
4. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a network delay or bank transfer failure, any duplicate payment will be automatically refunded through our payment partner Razorpay. If this does not occur automatically, please reach out to us with your Transaction details.
