Last Updated: June 19, 2026

Welcome to DocManager. By accessing our website, dashboard, and PWA application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

You agree to use DocManager only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all documents, credentials, and details stored under your user account. Storing materials that violate copyright laws, property rights, or general legislation is strictly prohibited.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

  • Account Accuracy: You must provide a valid email address and maintain active, verified notification channels to receive system reminders.
  • Plan Limits: The Free Tier is limited to 10 documents and 1 alert interval. Upgrades increase limits to 20 documents (Personal Pro) or 100 documents (Business Pro).
  • Duration: Paid subscriptions are valid for exactly **1 year (365 days)** from the successful date of upgrade, after which they will automatically downgrade unless renewed.

3. Billing & Razorpay Integration

Payments are securely processed through the Razorpay payment gateway. By initiating a purchase, you agree to pay the specified amount (₹499 or ₹1499) for the annual service tier. Upon successful transaction processing, your account limits will be immediately updated for a period of one year.

4. Disclaimers & Expiry Notifications

While DocManager makes every effort to deliver email and WhatsApp reminders on time, we are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from:

  • Incorrect or unverified contact details.
  • API rate limits, server outages, or carrier service disruptions.
  • Spam filters or email client configurations.

You are ultimately responsible for keeping track of your critical document renewal and expiry timelines.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or temporarily discontinue parts of the service at any time to implement security patches, database adjustments, or performance enhancements.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
